In this training, we’ll move through 5 weeks together meeting twice a week. Each week we’ll focus on understanding, meeting, embodying, and working through grounded practices with each of the clair-senses.

Our Monday sessions (about 1.5 hrs in-person/online) will focus on lecture, learning about energy and the clair-senses, and building self-practice. Our Thursday sessions (45 mins. online) will be our days we receive our energy attunements and channeled energy healing that will highly support the physical body and our energy system through our embodiment process.

The first two weeks focus on the body, grounding and anchoring in our experience, opening to see our experience clearly, boundary and protection, and coming into our physical quantum reality. Before working through any of our higher channels, we’re supporting the body first in the experience we already have and learning the tools we need to truly integrate our physic awareness.

As we begin to work through our higher channels, we’ll be at a place where we can work with our psychic knowing and energy healing practices as a resource that offers ease, clarity, and deeper self-recognition to enjoy your self-soul awakening!

Through this journey, you’re building trust with yourself and your inner guidance, you’re gaining clarity of your psychic field, you’re communicating with the body in a new way, you’re seeing your experience more clearly with who you actually are, you’re building confidence in your own energetic system, and you’re learning self-healing practices that will strengthen how you connect with yourself, others, and Spirit. This is a beautiful process of self-soul embodiment, higher consciousness awakening, and inner resource.

This training is channeled and led by my spiritual team of Ascension warriors. Leading this training is the White Arch-Angelic Dragon, High Dimensional Elementals, the original ancient Guardians of the Elements and Keepers of the Earth, the Arcturian Dragons, and our collective Ancestral Guardian Spirits. The dragons and elemental energies are giving us tools that will gently stretch the capacity of our nervous system, and they are leading in our attunements that awaken us to our own inner resource. We are working with ancient Earth energy and protector beings to awaken our psychic knowing and Soul Lineage. Our Ancestral Guardian Spirits will support us through integration and remembrance of union between body, soul, and Spirit.

This training will help you moving forward through emotional processing, identify your needs, grounding quickly, holding your Divine Presence in the body, sustaining balanced energy, remaining clear in who you are, holding boundaries, communicating with ease and confidence, feeling Divinely held through the unknown, and relaxing the nervous system.

Everything in our training will be yours to continue to reference, integrate, and practice whenever you need. You’ll receive all recordings of our sessions, written materials and self-practices, journal prompts, and a support group through the entire process.
