Please notify within 48-hours to cancel an appointment. This allows me time to plan accordingly and gives me the opportunity to open your reservation to other clients. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, your booking deposit will be accepted as a cancellation fee.

Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date are subject to the full charge of the appointment. I ask for your understanding as last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact to small businesses and the availability of services.

I understand unexpected circumstances happen. I’m also happy to offer a reschedule. Please reach out as soon as possible regarding a cancellation or reschedule.
