In this workshop, we'll dive deeper into shadow work setting an intention to heal self-resistance, empower from within, and bring our truth into action. Heather will guide you in a meditative energy healing through your inner shadows as we journey to return home to the deepest aspects of the Self. 

We'll gather in circle to illuminate where we are in our healing process and lay foundation to meet our Truth. We'll focus on clearing self-resistance in gaining the willingness to step into empowered action. You’ll be invited to meet the self honestly and courageously, as we hold space to retrieve what's been lost, abandoned, or rejected--too afraid to empower, or too afraid to be seen. This allows us to reclaim our sovereign ground and ignite change through truth. Together, we'll hold space for deep healing, self-retrieval, and soul reflection gathering what we need to rise in our wholeness and newfound Self.

Join us in this journey to the self as we navigate healing through subconscious levels. Together we create space to awaken the Self and open to the freedom of our True Nature through transformative healing.
